Prior to working with Austin, I had gotten to the point in my fitness journey where simply going to the gym and lifting was no longer producing results. So what did I do? I double down on lifting and cardio. In spite of putting in more effort, I was not seeing any results. This led to a cycle of changing up my programs frequently, binge eating, and getting burned out. After quite some time of doing this I gave up. Then I saw Austin’s videos on TikTok breaking down how fitness trends were not efficient for growth or were flat-out untrue. The more I watched, the more I realized how knowledgeable and passionate Austin is about everyone learning to improve themselves. At first I was unsure if coaching with him would be worth it, but it most definitely was! I learned not only what I was doing wrong, but what I was doing right. I also learned why and how to make good habits that not only helped me get to where I want to be, but to also keep the results I’ve gained! I’ve broken my plateau! Regardless of your workout background, beginner or experienced, I would recommend Austin 100%.
